What makes us unique & second to none? The freshest of foods all prepped and cooked on location, Culinary Institute of America Trained Chefs & Professional Service Staff for all events. Our willingness to take it to the next level to assure complete client satisfaction!

Our specialties are slow cooked baby back ribs, free range chicken, pork butts, carved sirloin & beef brisket. How about a slow roasted whole hog basted for hours with our special Mojo? Cool & delicious home-style summer salads (Farm Fresh Produce), hot side dishes, vegetarian entrees, seafood & shell fish.

The flavor of our cooked meats is enhanced perfectly with hardwood & hardwood lump charcoal. Baby back ribs that practically melt off the bone, slow roasted pork shoulder seasoned with our unique blend of fresh ground spices, Northern style! Carved sirloin so tender you’ll forget about filet.

Remember the last time you had a dozen Steamers drizzled in butter or clams on the half shell with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a house made cocktail sauce? Maybe a few mussels sautéed in butter & white wine topped with marinara sauce, herbs & freshly grated parmesan cheese!

We have the newest and the best equipment around to cater your event! All of our equipment is custom designed and built by Amish Craftsmen in Southern PA. Not only do we cook great, we look great!

All Smoked Up BBQ is currently booking for the 2008 & 2009 BBQ season. During our peak season from April – October we have a minimum guest requirement of 75 on weekends and 50 mid-week.

Saturdays are the most popular day for bookings and should be reserved well in advance.
Weekdays are usually wide open for corporate functions.

Sundays are perfect for tailgate parties at the Meadowlands in NJ.
We can tailgate any sports event or concert mid-day or evening. We work in CT, NY, NJ, PA, RI, VT, MA, NH and if you want us in any other state, we want to come to you!

Note:

There are a few holidays we feel are important to spend with our family & friends therefore; we will not take bookings on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or Easter.

Join us for lunch out on the road or get dinner to go; our roadside schedule and menu is always posted on our calendar. Service is usually from 10AM until sold out, It’s best to come early if possible; all food is take-out or tailgate & first come first serve. Service is always weather permitting so please check the calendar before you come!

Try one of our mid-rare carved sirloin sandwiches with a house made horseradish cream sauce! Jumbo buffalo style chicken legs smoke roasted to perfection over hardwood lump charcoal. Baked mac & cheese, dry rubbed baby backs, piled high pork & much more!

All of our sandwich rolls are baked fresh daily and delivered from the Bronx, NY.

Special Note: Our roadside BBQ will be open occasionally during the winter months, keep an eye on our calendar for roadside cooks.
