Menu Information

2008 Season

We Require a guaranteed minimum guest count of 75 on weekends (starting Friday) with a maximum of 1000. A minimum guest count of 50 is required during mid-week (Mon-Thurs). Final guest count is due 14 business days prior to your event and final payment is due 10 business days prior to your event with no exceptions. Credit card payment for final invoices will include a 3% service charge.

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required to book any date. We can do custom menus for weddings & other special events. Custom menus require time and planning therefore, there is a onetime fee of $75.00 to cover administrative expenses. If you book your event with us, this fee will be deducted from your final invoice.

*** Our payment policy is very strict, if you miss the payment deadline we will automatically release the date and you will forfeit your deposit. We strongly suggest you do not wait until the last minute to get your final invoice paid! ***

It’s best to start with a minimum quote and we can adjust it once your RSVP’s are in.

Once you provide us with the guaranteed number at or above 75, there shall be no contract adjustments if less than the guaranteed numbers of guests attend. If the guest count increases above the guaranteed number (children included) there will be an additional charge based on the per person price of the menu you selected. We will do a guest count during service.

• All quotes shall include the following:

• Chinet Paper Plates
• Heavy Plastic Flatware
• Dinner Napkins
• Travel Expenses (within 120 miles roundtrip) for any miles driven over 120 miles there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per mile roundtrip.
• State Sales Tax & 20% Service Charge

• Your quote is for foodservice only, preparation, cooking, buffet set-up, buffet serving, buffet breakdown & cleanup of our area. Buffet service is for 1.5 hrs not including time for appetizers.
• If you need additional service staff or bartenders we can refer you to the best.
• If you need rental equipment please ask us for a referral.
• You will need to provide us with the following:
• Trash barrels & bags (you are responsible for trash removal)
• If it looks like there is a possibility of rain, we will provide a cook tent and you will be charged accordingly. The fee for this tent will be due prior to the event.
• You are responsible for providing a tent or a canopy for your guests and the buffet tables. If you have an inside location in your home or at your venue this is acceptable.
• 5/ 6’ buffet tables with linens
• Water source
• Restrooms
• Staff gratuity is not required but greatly appreciated!

If you have never used a caterer before and have no idea of what it might cost, please tell us so we can help you stay within your budget!

Soft drink & bar service can be provided for an additional fee from one of network partners, ask for a separate quote.

Tasting:
You can join us at our roadside location; we are on Route 55 in Beekman, NY, check our website calendar for our summer schedule. If you would prefer a private tasting this can be arranged for a fee depending on your location and the menu.
