If you’re on a budget and looking to have a casual wedding with an elegant family style buffet dinner then let us make it happen, here’s how:

We specialize in outdoor tented events, we bring our mobile catering trailer on location to prep, cook & serve you and your guests.

We provide quality meats; shellfish, seafood & lovely farm stand produce served on large family style platters, or in high polished insulated steel serving bowls and cast iron skillets.

All food displays are garnished with edible fruits and vegetables!
~ You provide the location, music entertainment, cake, decorations, rental equipment & beverages (bartender referrals available)
~ If you’re eating from disposables we can provide them
~ We provide the food and the service staff, buffet set-up, service, breakdown and cleanup. Our staff will also set up coffee and dessert, we will pick up tables, linens and trash at the end of the event. Trash must be disposed of at the venue; we do not take it with us.

We will provide appetizers for your cocktail hour followed by dinner.
Appetizer service is 1 hr (stationary, passed or both)
Dinner service is 1.5 hrs
A typical menu from our offerings would be something like this:
~ 3 appetizers
~ 3 meat selections or 2 meats and 1 fish
~ 2 hot side dishes
~ 3 cold side dishes
~ Bread & condiments

Doing an outdoor tented event will easily save you 50% vs. the traditional wedding catering facility and a small plated meal.
