Chef's Bio

I’ve had a passion for food as far back as I can remember, heavily influenced by my father’s spin on Southern comfort food. As a long haul trucker my dad traveled throughout the country enjoying many different regional cuisines. Upon his return from travel, he would always re-create one of his favorite dishes and share this unique style of cooking with our family.


Who would have thought that a bunch of kids from the Hudson Valley in New York would grow up eating biscuits w/ sausage gravy & fried grits!


I took my love for food and BBQ, my education from the Culinary Institute of America, my experience from  private country clubs, corporate dining, assisted living dining and a few secrets of my dad’s and started an on location catering business in 2004. After six seasons and a lot of hard work, I have fine tuned my style and my menus. I love what I do, my team and I do it well and we would love to cook for you!
