Boneless rib eye roast (medium rare)

- Pasta primavera (al dente pasta w/ fresh vegetables, olive oil, butter, & parmesan cheese)
- Rice pilaf our way (w/ cherry tomatoes & broccoli florets)
- Haricot vert w/ golden beets & cherry tomatoes
- Corn on the cob (seasonal)
Roasted red potatoes w/ bell peppers & sweet onions
- Smashed red potatoes
- Sweet potato & carrot puree
- Black-eyed peas with smoked ham and sweet onions
Cold Side Dishes
- Mixed field greens w/ tomato, cucumber & red onion
- Chopped salad w/ romaine, cucumber, tomato, bacon & bleu cheese

- Baked potato salad w/ carrots, celery, eggs & hellmans

Our per person price will include the following:

~ Myself & my Sous chef
~ Travel expenses
~ Appropriate sales tax
~ Service-ware for the buffet and serving utensils
~ Add $2.00 per person if you want us to provide quality disposables
