Booking Information - Terms

We book up fast, especially Saturdays!

If you would like a quote from us, please provide all of the information requested on this page, I cannot quote you with partial information, we do not give verbal estimates.

1. Full Name
2. Address of the event
3. Day & evening phone numbers (I return calls between 5 & 7PM daily)
4. Date of the event
5. Time you would like food to be served
6. Menu selections from the website menu page (custom menus can be discussed)
7. Staffing needs other than my staff - bartender, utility person to clean rental dishes, etc.
8. Do you want disposables or are you renting dishes & flatware?
9. Number of guests

All of my staff are per-diem, the agency they work through will bill you directly for their services, my quote will be for my services & food only.

Myself and my staff are all professionally trained in the food-service industry, we provide  a very high level of service. We can assist you with all aspects of your event, if you need an events manager we can offer that service as well.

We require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for all events, final payment shall be due no later than 14 business days prior to the event.

You are required to provide us with the following:

1. 20‘x20’ tent with no center poles (lighting if we go after dark)
2. 3 - 8’ folding buffet tables w/ linens for the buffet & any buffet decorations
3. We can provide floral decorations for a fee.
4. Water
5. Restrooms
6. Trash disposal & trash receptacles for your guests.

We require a $500.00 deposit to book any date and final payment shall be due no later than 14 business days prior to your event. We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee of 1% of the total cost of the job for every day the final payment is late. All credit card transactions will be charged an additional 3% fee.
